摘要
如何探寻内部教学质量评估的最佳途径与方法,已经成为高等教育评估工作的重要任务。此文在提出"循环式"内部教学质量评估机制的基础上,引入元评估理论,探讨了高校内部教学质量评估的外部监测制度,从而形成高校内部教学质量评估完整机制。
The exploration of the best approach and method to carry out internal teaching quality evaluation has become an important task of higher education evaluation. This paper puts forward that we should introduce meta - evaluation theory based on ＂circling＂ internal teaching quality evaluation system,discusses the external supervision system of internal teaching quality evaluation in higher education so as to form a perfect internal teaching quality e- valuation mechanism.
