Plutonomy with Chinese Characteristics:Innovation and Development

在全面深化改革和经济现代化建设的新阶段,学好用好政治经济学具有重要战略意义。在创新发展过程中必须正确处理好五个关系:政治经济学基本原理与时代化的关系;马克思主义政治经济学与西方经济学的关系;研究对象中的生产关系与生产力的关系;经济制度特殊性与经济运行一般性的关系;政治经济学教材资本主义部分与社会主义部分的关系。据此,政治经济学新体系的构思拟分为五大篇:经济制度演变、经济体制机制、微观经济运行、宏观经济运行、国际经济关系。从战略高度推进政治经济学学科建设,提出三点建议:一是改进和完善政治经济学课程设置;二是搞好培训,提高公务员政治经济学理论素质;三是加强政治经济学学科建设,编写高质量教材,提高师资水平。

Innovation and Development:In the new stage to deepen reform and construction of economic modernization,it is of great significance to learn and use well plutonomy. In this process,five relations should be properly dealt with: relation between the basic principles and the time; between Marxist plutonomy and western economics; between productive relations and productivity; the specialty of economic system and generosity of economic operation; between part of capitalism and part of socialism of the plutonomy' textbook. The new system should be five parts: evolution of economic system,economic system,microeconomics operation,macroeconomics operation and international economic relations. Three suggestions are proposed: first,the courses in plutonomy should be readjusted;second,the theoretical quality of public servants should be improved through training; the last,textbooks should be compiled,teachers trained to strengthen the building of this discipline.
