国家海洋强国战略背景下海洋高等教育发展的问题与对策

Study on the Development of Marine Higher Education in China Based on the Background of National Marine Strategy

党的"十八大"报告提出建设海洋强国的战略目标。海洋强国建设需要人才支撑,而人才培养又离不开海洋高等教育的发展。进入21世纪,我国海洋高等教育得到较快发展,但海洋人才总量不足、海洋高等教育区域发展不均衡、学科专业结构不合理等问题依然比较突出,为此需要从宏观角度加强对海洋高等教育的支持力度、推进现代海洋产业体系与海洋学科专业的有机衔接、推进海洋自然科学与人文科学的协同发展、推进海洋高等教育国际化发展等方面,提升海洋高等教育整体水平,为国家战略目标的实现提供智力支持与人力支撑。

In the Report of Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, it put forward the objective of building national marine strategy. The national marine strategy requires support of oceanography talents, which strongly relies on the development of high education in marine field. In the 21st Century, high education in marine field in China has developed rapidly, but there are still a few problems. For instance, the total number of marine talents are not enough, the development of higher education in marine field are imhalanced in regions, and the specialty structure is still unreasonable, etc. To solve these problems, it＇s necessary to strengthen the support for the higher education in marine field from macroscopic policies, improve coordinated development of marine natural sciences and humanities, and improve the international development of higher education in marine field. Thus, we can improve the whole level of marine higher education, and offer more talents to national marine strategy.
