摘要
高等教育的各种职能是其人才培养职能的拓展和延伸,通过"教"和"学"达致学生的自由全面发展是高等教育人才培养的根本中心。教师投身教学、学生投身学习是实现学生自由全面发展的两个基本点,也是提升高等教育质量的必由之路。教师和学生所秉承的知识观或知识态度,影响着各自在教学活动中的价值信念和行为走向,也决定着人才培养质量的高低。
One function of higher education is cultivate the talents, the development and extension of function of talent cultivation is the higher education talent cultivation＇s basic core accomplished students full developments by the means of teaching and learning. The teachers devoted to teach and the students devoted to learn are two basic points of accomplishing students＇ full developmet, which ought to be the way to improve higher education quality. The value beliefs and behavior tendency of teachers and students are obedience to their knowledge values and attitudes during the teaching activities, which also determineed the talent cultivation quality.
