摘要
当前我国区域产业转移背景下,职业教育东西部合作办学能为东部地区顺利实现产业升级和西部地区顺利承接产业转移提供技能人力资源储备。我国职业教育东西部合作办学存在政策驱动下的"道义援助型"、合作经费匮乏、合作办学深度不够,模式单一、缺乏监督和评估机制等问题;推进制度建设、实行成本分担与补偿、拓展合作内容和模式、构建监督与评估体系,以提升职业教育东西部合作办学成效。
Currently, regional industry transfer of China has developed into a new era. The cooperation in running vocational schools between the east and west of China can provide skills and human resources reserves for undertaking industrial transfer in western areas and achieving industrial upgrading in eastern areas. There are many problems of cooperation in running vocational schools between east and west of China, such as policy driven by "moral support", lack of funds, insufficient depth of cooperation, single mode, lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism. So, to meet the needs for industrial upgrade and transfer, such as promoting the system construction, implementation of cost sharing and compensation, expanding the contents and patterns of cooperation, building the system of supervision and evaluation.
