战略与创业融合新视角下的动态能力研究 被引量:22

On Dynamic Capabilities from a Perspective of the Integration of Strategy and Entrepreneurship

摘要 在全球开放、信息透明以及快速创新的市场经济体系中,动态能力对于企业绩效具有重要的推动作用。然而,随着产品生命周期越来越短、产业壁垒不断降低以及顾客需求偏好持续改变,关注于企业竞争优势获取与维持的传统动态能力理论已很难适应外部环境的发展要求,亟须在理论上寻求突破。基于此,本文首先对传统动态能力理论进行系统追溯,指出目前理论存在的对立性,并找到了新的调和方式。随后,以战略与创业融合新视角进一步探究了动态能力的本质属性,并从机会与资源要素匹配作用层面对动态能力进行了体系构建,最终揭示了新视角下的动态能力衍生机理,为动态能力未来的理论研究提供参考价值。 Dynamic capabilities play an important advancement role in firm performance in a mar- ket economy system with global opening-up, transparent information and rapid innovation. However, with shorter and shorter product life cycle, constant reduction in industry barriers and gradual chan- ges in customer demand preference, traditional dynamic capability theory focusing on the obtainment and maintenance of firm competitive advantages has been hard to meet the development requirements of the external environment, and is eager to seek a breakthrough in terms of theory. This paper first systematically traces traditional dynamic capability theory, points out the opposition of current theo- ry, and finds a new way to compromise. Then it further explores the nature of dynamic capabilities from a new perspective of the integration of strategy and entrepreneurship, and constructs a system of dynamic capabilities at the level of matching opportunities and resources elements. Finally it reveals the derivative mechanism of dynamic capabilities from the new perspective, and provides reference value for future theoretical research of dynamic capabilities.
