从美国社区新闻技能教育看媒介教育的变迁

Trend of Media Education Based on the Skills Literacy of Journalism Education in a Community of the United States

在WEB2.0时代,传者和受者之间的边界变得模糊,大众参与社会和社区活动并进行信息传播的主动性大大增强。公民新闻进入实践并推动新闻源的开放性扩张,极大地改变了媒介的生态和传播的业态。美国纽约市立大学布鲁克林学院(CUBC)、布鲁克林信息和文化中心(BRIC)和布鲁克林公共图书馆(BPL)等的新闻教育实践证明,美国多个社会组织已经介入社区新闻技能教育,这促使媒介教育向更宽广的领域拓展,预示着媒介教育的深入转型,新闻技能教育将是其重要乃至核心的内容。因此,有必要将高校的新闻专业教育和社会组织的媒介素养教育结合起来,建构多元化社会组织参与的一体化的新闻媒介融合教育体系。

In WEB 2.0 age, the boundary between the message sender and receiver has blurred, the citizens are greatly active in the public affairs of community and society and disseminate information. Citizen journalism prompts the opening sources of news and changes of the ecology of media and communication. The practices of the Skills Literacy of Journalism Education in a community of the United States by the Brooklyn College, City University of New York （ CUBC）, Brooklyn Information ＆ Culture Center （BRIC） and the Brooklyn Public Library （BPL） illustrate a number of social organizations have involved in the skills literacy of journalism education which prompts the media education to the broader areas and which indicates that in - depth transformation of media education. Journalism skills education will be an important and even core content of media education. And it is necessary to integrate uni- versity journalism education in university and media literacy education by social organization to construct a conver- gence media education system by pluralistic society organizations.
