摘要
苏联教师集体理论是由苏联教育家马卡连柯和苏霍姆林斯基所共同创立的,包含教师集体的价值、特征、教师集体与学生集体的关系、教师集体的精神财富与共同信念等内容。我国近年来教师群体相关研究的理论框架主要引介自西方管理学与社会学,呈现出一种这些学科对教育学"反客为主"的尴尬。重新回顾苏联教师集体理论可以为教师群体相关研究提供一种更符合教育学传统的思路。
The theory of teacher collective is established by Makarenko and Sukhomlinski, two educators of USSR. The teacher collective includes their values, feature, relationship between teacher and student collectives, spiritual wealth and common believes. Chinese researchers have studied the related theoretical framework of the western management and sociology, in order to rebuild the basic context of the teacher collective.
