摘要
民族地区教师身处多元文化背景之中,担负着培养学生跨文化交际能力的使命,需要具备多元文化教育素养。当前,我国民族地区教师的多元文化教育素养总体上还很欠缺,民族地区学校教育中的文化差异常常演化为文化冲突。因此,民族地区教师培训应培育教师文化共融的观念;加强从事跨文化教育教学所需知识的教学;指导教师习得相关的隐性知识;开展文化适应方面的心理调节;加强培训者队伍建设。
Teachers working in the multi-cultural environment should improve their cultural adaptability, by mastering the cross-cultural skills and ability in multi-cultural regions. However, many teachers of ethnic regions lack the ability to cope with the conflicts that may lead to cultural clashes. Therefore, teachers in ethnic regions should learn to live in harmony with the locals, strengthening their tacit knowl- edge, cultivating their values, and enhancing their ability of cross-cultural communication and teaching.
