摘要
从教师个体来看,教学与科研呈正相关的关系,即教师的科研能力越强,教学水平会越高;从学校发展来看,一所学校教师整体科研素质的高低对学校的知名度有很大的影响。面对高职院校教师整体科研素质较低的现状,应高度重视科研,完善科研管理制度,拓展科研途径,提高科研自觉性,最大限度地实现科研对教学的促进作用。
From the individualistic viewpoints of teachers, teaching is proportional to scientific research. However, college authorities hold different points of view in that the quality of scientific research for teachers has a greater influence upon the fame of the college. This paper argues for strengthened research quality of the teachers in vocational colleges, with improved management, and extensive approaches.
