摘要
基于中国省域大中型工业企业数据,应用空间计量经济学方法对国际创新资源流动模式的分析发现,国际创新资源在省域的分布具有显著的空间集聚和空间依赖性,呈现以东部长三角、珠三角和环渤海经济区为核心,中西部内陆省区为外围的核心边沿格局;国际创新资源对本土企业的创新产出有显著正向作用,但其作用程度小于自主研发努力;省域自主创新活动存在显著的正向空间溢出。
Based on the data of large and medium-size industrial enterprises in Chinese provinces, this paper investigates spatial pat- tern of the international innovative resources inflows and its impacts on China's innovation output with spatial econometrical tools. The ex- ploratory spatial data analysis identifies significant spatial agglomeration and spatial dependence at the provincial level. The spatial lag model reveals that international innovative resources inflows impact the Chinese provincial innovation output positively, though the effects is smaller than that from indigenous R&D efforts. Moreover, evidence is found of spatial spillovers among Chinese provinces.
