从商业网络视角审视企业战略:基于培训行业的案例研究

摘要 在现今复杂的商业环境下,企业存在于庞大的网络中,企业间的关系也由传统的竞争主导逐渐演化为互相依赖、共同进步为主导。本文在已有文献基础上总结出网络实质内容的演化过程,并以此为基础,通过五个案例的交叉分析刻画出商业网络的战略分析框架。研究对进一步深化网络战略理论、完善网络图建模体系、优化企业网络战略表现有一定的理论意义。 In today's complex business environment, enterprises exist in a large business network. Relationships between enterprises are gradually transforming from traditional competitive dominant into inter - dependence and co - evolution dominant. The purpose of this paper is to develop a network strategy analysis framework, by summarizing the evolving process of network substance, and based on this, it establishes business network strategic analytical framework by carrying out a five in - depth cross case studies. This research has theoretical significance for extending current strategic theory, perfecting network graph modeling system, and optimizing the enterprise network strategy.
