在制造企业回购再加工清仓甩卖的供应链系统实际运作过程中,单周期需求的生产决策问题成为研究的热点。目前,作为广泛运用的协调机制,利润分享更能实现供应链各成员的利润分配和风险共担。本文研究由单一制造企业与单一销售企业组成的二级供应链,考查带有回购再加工的清仓甩卖活动情形,通过构建分散式和集中式决策下的供应链最优决策模型,运用利润分享来协调制造企业和销售企业之间的关系,并通过算例验证相关结论的有效性。

The actual operation of the supply chain system, repurchase reprocessing of manufacturer in the clearance sale market, the decision problem of single period demand has become a hot spot of research. At present, as a widely used coordination mechanism, profit sharing can realize the profit distribution and risk - sharing of supply chain mem- bers. This paper studies the two - stage supply chain which is made up of a single manufacturer and a single sales enterprise, examines with repurchase reprocessing in the clearance sale market, constructs the supply chain optimal decision - making model under the decentralized and centralized decision, uses the profit sharing to coordinate the relationship between the manufacturing and sales enterprise, and verifies the effectiveness of the related conclusion through an example.
