统筹云南省低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用类型区研究

Research on Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Low-Slop Hilly Land Resources in Yunnan Province

立足于云南省低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用类型区的划分,采用GIS空间分析方法,在厘清各地区低丘缓坡土地资源情况的基础上,通过聚类分析方法,结合云南省主体功能区与生态功能区规划,将全省划分为城市经济圈低丘缓坡土地资源综合开发区,城镇经济带低丘缓坡土地资源综合开发区,社会经济限制型低丘缓坡土地资源综合开发区,生态经济制约型低丘缓坡土地资源综合开发区4个一级和九个二级低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用类型区,并根据不同类型区低丘缓坡土地禀赋与社会经济情况,具体阐述了其低丘缓坡土地综合利用策略。

This paper is based on division type districts of low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization in Yunnan Province. Using GIS spatial analysis method, this paper analyzes low-slop hilly land resources condition in different regions, and then adopts cluster analysis method to analyze division type districts of low-slop hilly land resources and then look at the comprehensive development and utilization in main-functional zones and eco-function areas in Yunnan Province. The result shows that dividing low-slop hilly land resources type districts makes the county the unit for unification, then divides first-grade type districts that city economic ring low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization region, city and town economical belt low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization region, socioeconomic restriction type low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization region and ecological economic restriction type low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization region. Then we further divide them into nine secondary type districts, and according to the different types of low-slop hilly land condition and society and economy conditions, we specifically analyze the use strategy of low-slop hilly land resources comprehensive development and utilization in division type districts in Yunnan Province.
