骨桥蛋白影响破骨细胞、成骨细胞参与骨重塑过程的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一种多功能、分泌型糖蛋白,介导骨组织细胞与骨基质间的桥接,广泛参与骨相关疾病及骨质重塑过程,显示出多效的生物学活性。由于成骨细胞和破骨细胞之间的动态平衡是骨重塑最关键的环节,因此,本文就OPN对破骨细胞、成骨细胞的影响,以及在骨重塑中所起作用进行综述,希望能为骨相关疾病的检测与防治提供研究思路。 Osteopontin(OPN) is a kind of secretive protein, which can connect the bone cells and bone matrix, and has many important physiological functions during bone diseases and bone remodeling. However, there are some differences in molecular mechanism between different diseases. The dynamic equilibrium between osteoclast and osteoblast can play an important role during bone remodeling, so this paper systematically reviews the progress of OPN' s effect on osteoclast, osteoblast, and bone remodeling in order to provide some new research ideas in detecting, and preventing and treating bone diseases.
