摘要
目的:探讨影响潮汕人群高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)发生的危险因素。方法:以潮汕地区一般人群为研究对象,通过流行病学调查收集研究对象的人口学参数、生活及饮食习惯等资料,实验室检测血清Hcy水平及其他生化指标。采用病例-对照研究法,以Hcy≥10μmol/L的标准入选为HHcy病例组,Hcy<10μmol/L为对照组;分析影响HHcy的危险因素。结果:性别、年龄、BP、腰臀比在两组中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,男性、年龄和收缩压增高、体力活动降低是HHcy的危险因素,鱼类海鲜的摄入是HHcy的保护因素。结论:针对该地区人群,建议戒烟、限酒,改变烹调方式,增加新鲜水果蔬菜的摄入,控制体重和BP,以降低HHcy的风险。
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)in Chaoshan population. Methods:The general population in Chaoshan area was recruited as the research subjects. Information on anthropometric variables,lifestyle and diet characteristics were obtained by questionnaire survey. Hcy and biochemical indices were determined in clinical laboratory. A population-based case-control study was used in present study. Hcy≥10 μmol/L was HHcy. Results:Gender,age,blood pressure,waist-to-hip ratio were significant differences in cases and control groups(P〈0.05). Multivariate logistic regression showed that gender,age,SBP,physical activity were the risk factors for HHcy,fish and seafood were the protective factors for HHcy. Conclusion:Quit smoking,limit drinking of wine,change the way of cooking,increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables,control weight and blood pressure should be recommended in Chaoshan population.
