摘要
木铎金声是儒家对教师的一种文化想象和价值推断,阐明了古代教师的基本操守和意境。家国情怀是教师的人生意境,孔颜乐处是教师的学术意境,有教无类是教师的教育意境,诲人不倦是教师的教学意境,切磋琢磨是教师的创新意境。实行合理的教育治理,放松对教育的行政干预,回归儒家的教师意境,使教师能够自由地发出木铎金声,可以为中国教育的复兴辟出一条蹊径。
Wooden bell ringing golden sound is a kind of cultural imagination and the value of Confucian to the teacher, elaborating the basic ethics and artistic conception of acient teachers. For teachers the emotion of family-country is the life artistic conception,"Confucius and Hui's cheerfuless"is the academic artistic conception,"no child left behind"is the educational artistic conception,instructing others indefatigably learn from each other by an exchange of views is the innovational artistic conception. We should carry out reasonable educational management and relax administrative intervention. We should return to Confucian artistic conception of teachers,so that teachers can disseminate freely the golden sound of wooden bell. This will open up a unique path for the revival of Chinese education.
