摘要 初招六年制本科是一项公费定向培养农村小学教师行动计划,具有重大的教育改革与实践创新意义。该模式欲达成的理想目标为:生源素质优化、专业情意强化、教学技能突出、综合素质优良。为了有效实现培养目标,在教育实践中遵循以下范式准则:"二四"分段,专业一贯;分科培养,综合发展;强化技能训练,重视实践教学;陶冶专业情意,提升职业信仰。 Six-year undergraduate education from high school is an activity project to cultivate teachers for rural primary schools by government expense,and the project has important meaning of educational reform and practical innovation.The ideal purpose of this mode is to optimize students' quality, strengthen their specialty awareness, protrude teaching techniques, and form excellent comprehensive ability. In order to effectively realize the purpose, these rules are followed during the practice:division of two-four parts with the same specialty,cultivation by different courses with balanced development,combination with both skill training and practical education,improvement on vocational belief by professional environment.
