摘要
导弹在库房贮存和战备值班两种状态下表现出不同的寿命特征和故障率。以某型舰载导弹为例,通过各项测试任务获取的故障数据,研究了战备值班与库房贮存的寿命折算方法。可获取两类折算系数,瞬时折算系数可对可靠寿命进行折算,平均折算系数可对平均寿命进行折算。研究结果表明,所提出的寿命折算方法具有一定的理论和工程应用价值。
Missile has different life characters and fault rate at the situation of depot storage and on duty.Taking some type of missile as example,the transformation method of missile life was studied through fault data obtained by several testing tasks. Two kinds of transformation coefficient were proposed,one can be used to transform the reliability life while the other can be used to transform the mean life. Result shows that the proposed method offers some theoretical and practical values.
