摘要 空心桥墩施工中,亟需解决工艺复杂、质量把控难等问题。结合上龙集特大桥空心桥墩施工实践,介绍了翻模施工工艺、模板配置及安拆、钢筋加工与安装、混凝土浇筑等施工技术。同时,对于容易造成质量隐患的施工环节,提出了控制改进措施。通过不断探索总结,该桥空心桥墩在施工中取得了突破性进展,技术娴熟,操作简单,保证了质量,节约了成本,可为日后同类桥墩施工提供参考。 It is of great urgency to solve the problems of complex process and the quality control in hollow pier construction. Combined with the construction practice of the Shanglongji Bridge hollow piers,the paper introduces the turnover formwork construction technology,template configuration and installation,steel processing and installation,concrete pouring construction technology. At the same time,control measures are put forward for the construction links prone to quality problems. Through continuous exploration and summary,a breakthrough has been made in the construction of the bridge pier. It is user-friendly,simple and could ensure the quality,save the cost. This could be taken for reference for the future construction of similar pier.
