摘要
沪宁城际铁路具有工期紧张、大区段紧邻既有线、路基工程比例高等建设安全特点,对施工安全管理和技术提出了更高的要求。为了确保既有线运营安全和新线顺利施工,有效控制风险,必须采取科学的安全管理和技术对策作为支撑。针对复杂环境条件下的城际铁路建设安全难题,在全面分析项目建设安全特点的基础上,从安全管理和安全技术对策两方面展开系统研究,力求推动我国高速铁路建设施工的管理创新和技术创新。
Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway has the construction safety features such as tight deadlines,large sections adjacent to the existing line,the high proportion of embankment project,which imposes higher demand on the construction safety management and technology. To ensure the safe operation of existing lines and smooth construction of new lines and effective risk control,scientific safety management and technical countermeasures must be taken as a support. To address the security problem of railway construction under complex environmental conditions,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the safety features,the systematic study of safety management and safety technical countermeasures is conducted to promote the management innovation and the technological innovation of China's high-speed railway construction.
