摘要
阐述了石油价格话语权的定义,分析了我国石油公司在国际石油市场中话语权的现状,并指出了目前我国石油公司在资本、资源、游戏规则、贸易战场、信息、人才等六个方面与西方发达国家比较仍存在较大不足。最后从国家层面和企业层面提出了提升我国石油公司在国际石油市场中价格话语权的对策建议。
This article expounds the definition of petroleum pricing power and illustrates the status of the pricing power for Chinese corporations in international petroleum market. It also points out insufficiency in fields of capital, resources, rules, battlefield, information and talent for Chinese petroleum corporations. Finally, it gives some suggestions on how to improve the petroleum pricing power for Chinese corporations at both national and company level.
