摘要
本课题以姑息照顾和社会支持理论为框架,招募癌症患者开展社会支持小组工作。与传统治疗方法相比,以姑息照顾为理念的医务社会工作支持小组的介入,可以为组员提供心理和社会支持,满足他们的灵性需求。文章对小组评估方法、工具、癌症患者支持性小组动力进行反思。
Based on the palliative care and the social support theory, the social support group work is carried out through the recruitment of cancer patients. Compared with the traditional treatment method and the concept, the support groups of medical social work can provide psychological and social support for the team, and meet their spiritual needs. Finally, the team assessment methods and tools as well as the cancer support group motivation are reflected on.
