摘要
借鉴质量管理体系中保持质量持续改进的PDCA循环法,可以对科技期刊编辑过程进行循环控制,有利于提升整个编辑工作的主动性和有效性。结合《地下工程与隧道》杂志编辑工作,介绍了影响科技期刊学术质量的几个因素,重点分析了PDCA循环法控制编辑质量、不断实施改进的过程。
The PDCA method,an effective method used to ensure continual quality improvement in the quality management system,can be also employed to conduct cyclic control of the scientific journal editing process and help improve the initiative and effectiveness of the entire editorial work.In conjunction with the editing of the journal of Underground Engineering and Tunnel,this article introduces a number of factors influencing the academic quality of scientific journals with an emphasis on the application of PDCA method to control editing quality and realize continual improvement.
