摘要 为了降低导爆索的制造成本和应用成本,研究一种外壳材料为铝的柔性导爆索。采用几种不同牌号、规格铝合金材料拉制导爆索,对铝导爆索多点点火、爆轰、同步性等性能进行试验。试验表明:铝合金材料可以满足导爆索的成形要求,铝导爆索在性能上接近银导爆索,在一些非关键和成本要求低的场合可以广泛应用。 To reduce the manufacture cost and the application cost for the detonating cord, a flexible detonating cord with aluminum case was studied. Adopting several aluminum alloys with different brands and specifications, the detonating cord was drawn, and the performance of multi-points ignition and detonation, as well as synchronization for the aluminum detonating cord were tested. The test results shows that the material of aluminum alloy can satisfy the requirement of shaping for the detonating cord, the performance of the aluminum detonating cord is close to that of the silver detonating cord, so it can be widely used in the occasions that the function is unimportant and the requirement for the cost is low.
