摘要
目的观察金樱子浸膏对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平的影响。方法小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病动物模型,以0.45、0.90、2.70 g·kg-1剂量的金樱子浸膏灌胃给予糖尿病小鼠21 d,测定0、21 d时空腹血糖值和21 d时的糖耐量。结果与模型组比较,盐酸二甲双胍、0.90 g·kg-1的金樱子浸膏能够有效改善糖尿病小鼠的多饮多食症状,体重显著增加(P<0.05);给药21 d后能明显降低空腹血糖值,改善糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量异常(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论金樱子浸膏能明显降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Rosa Laevigata Michx. extract on diabetic mice.Methods Diabetic mouse model was established by a single tail vein injection of alloxan at 46 mg·kg^- 1. The diabetic mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: a high, medium and low dose group(0.45, 0.90 and 2.70 g·kg^- 1, bw, respectively), a model group and a metformin hydrochloride group. Meanwhile, 10 normal mice were taken as the control group. All mice were orally administered the drugs mentioned above for 21 days, respectively. After weighed, the blood of all groups was collected to determine the level of fasting blood glucose on day 0 and 21. The glucose tolerance was determined on day 21. Results Administration of Rosa Laevigata Michx. extract and metformin hydrochloride improved polydipsia and polyphagia in diabetic mice. Mice in the metformin hydrochloride and the medium dose groups weighed more than those in the model group(P〈0.05). They significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose of alloxan diabetes mellitus-induced mice and improved the impaired glucose tolerance on day 21(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Rosa Laevigata Michx. extract has obvious effect on alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
