摘要
目的建立五加皮中主要化学成分紫丁香苷的定性鉴别和含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫丁香苷进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定。并对河北省评价性抽验的46个样品进行测定。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,伪品溶液无干扰。紫丁香苷在2.084-20.84μg·mL^-1与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率在95.8%-96.1%,RSD〈1%(n=3)。结论本方法操作简单、重复性好、灵敏准确,可用于五加皮中主要成分的鉴别和含量测定。
Objective To establish a method to identify and determine syringin in Acanthopanacis Cortex. MethodsTLC method was used to identify syringin qualitatively, and HPLC method was used to determine the contents. Results The spots were clear in TLC identification without interference of negative control. Syringin showed a good linearity(r = 0.999 9) at 2.084- 20.84 μg·mL^- 1, and the average recoveries were at 95.8%- 96.1%, with RSD less than 1%(n = 3). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, which can be used to identify and determine the content of syringin in Acanthopanacis Cortex.
