75例癫痫患者认知功能与影响因素分析

Investigation of cognitive function and influencing factors in 75 patients with epilepsy

目的了解癫痫患者认知功能状况变化及影响因素。方法应用简明精神状况量表(MMSE)对75例癫痫患者进行认知功能评定,以年龄、性别、受教育程度相匹配的75例健康者志愿者作为正常对照。并分析相关影响因素。结果与对照组相比,癫痫患者MMSE评分明显下降(P<0.01)。癫痫患者认知功能障碍与初发年龄、发作频率、发作类型及用药种类多少具有明显相关性。结论癫痫患者存在认知功能下降,初发年龄、发作频率、发作类型及用药种类影响患者认知功能。

Objective To evaluate the cognitive function and explore the risk factors for patients with epilepsy.Methods 75 patients with epilepsy and 75 healthy controls with age, gender and education matched were arranged for Mini-Mental State Examination （ MMSE ） .The cognitive dysfunction and its related risk factors were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the MMSE scores of patients with epilepsy decreased significantly （ P〈0 .01 ） .Cognitive dysfunction in patients with epilepsy had obvious relevance with the age of onset, duration of the disease, frequency of seizures attack before medication, types of seizure and types of medication.Conclusion The epileptic patients had cognitive function deficit, the influencing factors may include the age of onset, duration of the disease, seizure frequency before medication, types of seizure and types of medication.
