超高场强磁共振在小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 缺血性脑卒中已经成为人类致死、致残的最主要的疾病[1]。磁共振成像( MRI)是研究缺血性脑卒中的重要工具。MRI由于具有非侵袭性并且可以在活体组织中进行对比增强成像,自上世纪70年代以来,已经逐渐被广泛应用于临床及科研之中。小鼠脑动脉环的组成和脑血管解剖特点接近人类,而且几乎所有大型动物上观测的指标均可在用小鼠建立的模型上观测到,小鼠建立的动物模型具有种系同质性、纯合性好的优势,因此小鼠是模拟人类局灶性脑缺血的理想模型动物。但小鼠体积较小,进行磁共振扫描需要较高的信噪比( signal to noise ratio,SNR)才能得到较理想的磁共振影像,因此利用超高场强的磁共振扫描仪显得尤为重要。本文就超高场强磁共振( ultra-high field MRI,UHF MRI)的发展及其在小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型中的应用进行回顾与分析。
