绩效导向的高职院校电子阅览室建设模式研究

Research on Performance-oriented Construction Mode of Electronic Reading Room in Higher Vocational College

电子阅览室不仅是一个为师生提供数字化学习资源的重要场所,还是学生的第二课堂,然而在高职院校因师生使用率低,其功能并未得到充分发挥。通过分析电子阅览室利用率低的原因,并依据绩效理论,提出电子阅览室建设的主要目标是提高工作人员和计算机设备的工作绩效,据此分析比较电子阅览室的三种建设模式,得出云桌面模式才是符合绩效导向的目标、能改变当前师生上座率低的现状的建设模式。

Electronic reading room is not only an important place of providing digital learning resources for teachers and students, but also the second class of students.However, because the usage of teachers and students is low in vocational colleges, its function has not been fully used.This paper presents the main building objectives of the electronic reading room are to improve work performance of the staff and computer equipments,by analyzing the reasons for the low utilization rate of the electronic reading room and basing on performance theories. Accordingly, based on analysis and comparison of three construction mode on electronic reading room,the article concludes that cloud desktop mode is a construction which is consistent with performance-oriented goals and change the current status of low attendance of teachers and students.
