摘要 该文针对常见设备的电机调速问题,提出采用微处理器结合驱动电路,在不改变电动机输出扭力的同时使其转速连续可调的方法。并由51单片机产生SPWM信号,结合FGA25N120ANTD管功率输出器件,采用采用较为成熟的东芝光电隔离驱动芯片TLP-250作为驱动电路,对电机实现变频调速。该设计控制简单,灵活性强,稳定可靠。 Aiming at the problem of common motor speed control equipment, proposed uses the microprocessor according to the driver circuit, the method also does not change the motor output torque to make the rotation speed is continuously adjustable. And produces SPWM signal by 51 microcontroller, with FGA25N120ANTD tube power output device adopts mature Toshiba opto isolation drive chip TLP-250 as the drive circuit, to realize VVVF motor. The design has the advantages of simple control, strong flexibility, stable and reliable.
