摘要
本研究采用 4个重复的随机区组设计 ,就ABT - 6的 6种不同处理方法对油松育苗的影响进行试验 ,旨在研究绿色植物生长调节剂 6号在油松育苗中的应用效果和技术 ,揭示其作用机理。不同处理对油松种子发芽和出土、地上部分和地下部分生物量等因子的影响的试验分析结果表明 ,在采用ABT - 6 2 0 / 浸种处理的基础上 ,再在幼苗生长期用 10 / 叶面喷施效果最好 ,其次是 15 / 叶面喷施 ;在用清水浸种处理的前提下 ,叶面喷施浓度则以 15 / 优于 10 / 更优于清水。ABT - 6的应用对油松苗木生理生化效应的试验分析结果表明 ,ABT - 6能有效地促进油松种子内源激素 (细胞分裂互助 ,赤霉素 ,生长素 )的合成 ,调节苗木体内酚类物质的含量 ,使各种酚类物质处于动态平衡状态 。
To explore the best methods and the functional mechanism of plant growth regulator (ABT-6) in seedling cultivating of \%Pinus tabulaeformis\%, a random-block experiment method with six treatments and four repeats of every treatment was used in our research. The experiment results about the influences of different treatment to germination rate, date of coming up out ground, biomass of above-ground and under-ground show some important conclusions. It is the best method that seed dipping with ABT-6 (20 /) firstly combining with leave-spray of ABT-6 (10 /) in growing period. Leave-spray only with ABT-6 (15 /) in growing period is the second. The effect of leave spray with ABT-6 of 15 / is better than that of 10 /, and much better than water. The experiment results of physiological and biochemical effect of ABT-6 applying in seedling cultivation of \%Pinus tabulaeformis\% shows that ABT-6 can effectively promotes the composition of inner hormone in seed, such as Z, GA\-3 and IAA, regulates the level of inner phenolic materials, keeps them a dynamic equilibrium state and increases the contents of some kinds of enzyme and chlorophll in seedlings.
