摘要
在温室花盆中播种白桦 (B .platyphyllaSuk .)种子获得白桦幼苗 ,并对幼苗接种外生菌根真菌进行菌根合成试验。所用的外生菌根真菌有 :灵芝 (GanodermalucidumKarst)、铆钉菇 (Gomphidiusviscidus)、厚环乳牛肝菌(Suillusgrevillei)、褐环乳牛肝菌 (S .luteus)、彩色豆马勃 (Pisolithustinctorius)、美味牛肝菌 (Boletusedulis)、赭丝膜菌 (Cortinariusrussus)、土生空团菌 (Cenococcumgeophilum)。接种两个月后 ,在灵芝、铆钉菇、厚环乳牛肝菌、褐环乳牛肝菌、彩色马勃和美味牛肝菌接种的白桦幼苗上观察到了外生菌根 ,而赭丝膜菌和土生空团菌接种的白桦幼苗上未形成外生菌根。进一步对形成的外生菌根做组织切片观察 ,在细根皮层细胞间均形成明显的哈蒂氏网 。
Ectomycorrhizal formation on the roots of \%B.platyphylla\% Suk.was studied on seedlings germinated and grown in pots in greenhouse environment.Ectomycorrhizal fungi observed were \%Ganoderma Lucidum \%Karst.\%Gomphidius viscidus,Suillus grevillei.S.luteus,Pisolithus tinctorius,Boletus edulis,Cortinarius russus and Cenococcum geophilum\%.Ectomycorrhizal formation was observed on seedlings inoculated by \%G.lucidum \%Karst,\%G.viscidus,S.grevillei,S.luteus,P.tinctorius,B.edulis\%,but not on those inoculated by \%C.russus\% and \%C.geophilum\% after two months.In ectomycorrhizal tissue sections,clear hartig nets were observed in the intercellular space of cortical cells of fine roots.This effectively demonstrates the symbiotic relationship between these 6 species of ectomycorrhizal fungi and seedlings of \%B.platyphylla \%Suk.
