毛泽东对“多党合作、协商民主”制度的开创奠基和坚持发展

毛泽东是中国共产党领导的多党合作、协商民主制度的探索者和奠基人。从抗日根据地的"三三制"民主统一战线政权到成立全国性的"联合政府"构想,是毛泽东多党合作、协商民主思想的萌芽和制度雏形。从重庆谈判期间与民主党派精诚合作到1948年邀请各民主党派进入解放区筹建新中国,是毛泽东多党合作、协商民主思想的成功实践和制度创立。提出"长期共存,互相监督"的方针,建立还是"几个党好"的中国政党体制格局,是毛泽东多党合作、协商民主思想在制度层面上的坚持和发展。

Mao Zedong is the explorer and founder of the multi-party cooperation and consultative democracy system led by the CPC. From the ＂three-three＂ democratic united front power in anti-Japanese bases to the concept of building National United Government, Mao Zedong＇s ideas and initial thoughts about muhi-party cooperation and consultative democracy had first come into being. From the sincere cooperation with democratic parties during Chongqing Negotiations to the invitations of democratic parties into Liberated Zones for building New China in 1948, Mao Zedong＇s thought on muhi-party cooperation and consuhative democracy had entered into the phase of successful practice and systematic founding. The putting forward of ＂Long-term Co-existence and Mutual Supervision＂ and establishment of China＇s multi-party system is the insistence and development of Mao Zedong＇s thoughts on multi- party cooperation and consultative democracy.
