中国自信:建立中美新型大国关系的突破口

Confidence of China: Build Breakthrough for Sino-America New Giant-Nation Relationship

中美关系不仅关乎两国,更关乎世界,为此两国领导人提出建立新型大国关系,旨在推动中美关系朝着积极方向发展。可建议提出以来,新型关系未见轮廓,两国之间依然充满着不信任甚至是敌意。良好的建议不等于行动,中美新型关系的建设需要改变思路,于中国而言关键在于树立自信,以解决问题为中心,知己解彼,着重双方的利益而非立场,才能摆脱中美关系互疑的困局。

Sino-America relationship is not only the matter of the two nations, but also the matter of the whole world. Therefore, leaders of the two nations proposed to build a new giant-nation relationship, aiming to push Sino-America relationship into a track of active development. However, in the process of building the new giant-nation relationship, there is still un-trust and hostility between the two nations. Proposals speak less loudly than actions; therefore, we need to free our ideology in building the new giant-nation relationship. For china, the key point is to build our confidence, to focus on resolving problems, to understand both our own and America＇s intensions, to emphasize mutual benefits instead of grounds. Only in this way can we walk out of the dilemma of un-trust between China and the United States.
