摘要
以 WC-Cu-Co 基金属结合剂为基础,研究 WC 质量分数对结合剂性能的影响。对不同质量分数WC 配方的三点抗弯强度、磨损失重、硬度进行了测试,利用 XRD 对烧结试样进行了成分分析,通过扫描电镜对试样断口形貌进行了观察,最后通过微钻实验验证实际钻进效果。研究结果表明:随着 WC 质量分数的增加,胎体的三点抗弯强度τ0在一定范围内呈现先上升然后迅速下降的趋势;磨损失重Δm 值呈现明显的下降趋势;硬度 HRB 则呈上升趋势。XRD 结果表明:形成的新相主要是 Ni17 Sn3。试样断口的SEM 照片表明:WC 质量分数不宜过高,以 WC 质量分数为40%的效果最好。微钻实验表明:WC 质量分数为30%和40%时,金刚石钻头分别具有最佳的钻进寿命和钻进效率,此配方体系可完全适用于(6~8级)中硬地层。
Based on the WC-Cu-Co metal bond,the influence of WC content on the metal matrix were researched.Three point bending strength,weight loss and hardness of different WC content were analyzed. x-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and micro-drill experiment were adopted to analyze the matrixes'microstructure and practical drilling effect.Results showed that the matrix's three point bending strength τ0 increased to the maximum,and then reduced with increasing WC content,that weight loss Δm decreased regularly and that hardness HRB tended to increase.XRD showed that Ni1 7 Sn3 was formed as the new phase and SEM showed that 40% WC would be better.Micro-drill experiment showed that 30 wt% and 40 wt% WC in matrix were suitable for medium-hard formation.
