纳米金刚石抛光液中磨料的可控性团聚研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 纳米金刚石抛光液在超精密抛光中应用广泛,但纳米金刚石极易发生团聚,限制了它在抛光领域中的应用。对纳米金刚石抛光液中磨料的分散机理、分散方法以及国内外在纳米金刚石抛光液制备中的一些研究现状进行了综述,提出了纳米金刚石抛光液的研究方向。 Nano-diamond polishing slurry has good application prospect in ultra-precision polishing.But the nano-diamond always aggregates easily,which limits its application in polishing area. The mechanism and methods of dispersion are analyzed,and domestic and foreign research status of the nano-diamond polishing slurry are introduced.At last the development direction of nano-diamond polishing slurry is put forward.
