摘要
为减少码头加固施工工程对港区正常运营的影响,通过对陆上打桩机和液压锤打桩机两种方案的比选,确定斜桩施工方案。对码头斜桩陆上施工采用液压打桩锤施打的工艺进行技术总结和改进,形成一套较为完整的液压锤打桩施工技术,提高施工效率,为今后的类似工程提供参考。
To reduce the impact caused by reinforcing while normal operation is making in the port area, the inclined piles could be applied. The decision is based on a comparison between two plans, in which either land pile drivers or hydraulic pile hammers are employed. With improving the technology, the operation of the port area is allowed to be maintained to the fullest extent possible, and the efficiency of constructing is enhanced meanwhile. Technique of applying hydraulic pile hammer within piling process when doing land construction of inclined piles at ports is summarized hereof so that a relatively complete system of driving piles using hydraulic pile hammer could be revealed and made available for future researches.
