摘要
分析了西安交大济源科技园的建筑技术特点,并将其能耗标准与"被动房"节能标准和我既有建筑节能改造执行的65%的节能标准相比较,说明在新建建筑中大规模执行被动房标准的可行性和必要性,同时证明可以在既有建筑节能改造中引入被动房施工技术,以提高节能改造效果,据此建议推行新建住宅全装修政策,推进建筑装修节能.
The development of energy-efficient construction is the only way to control energy consumption,to reduce carbon emissions,and to clean living environment in a sustainable development way. Three main problems of Xi'an Jiaotong University Science and Technology Park in Jiyuan are illustrated in this paper by analyzing the characteristics of construction technology and its energy saving standards are also compared with the passive house and the adopted energy-saving construction. Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to carry out the standard of passive house in new buildings. Secondly,it is effect to introduce the technology of passive house on energy-saving reform construction. Thirdly,it is necessary to carry out the policy of new residential decoration in order to promote energy-saving renovation.
