摘要 针对传统电镀专用行车控制系统的不足,采用可编程逻辑控制器西门子S7-200PLC、步进电机及驱动器和触摸屏技术设计了一套自动化程度高,可控性强,柔性度大的新型电镀专用行车实验系统.该实验系统可直观地监控电镀专用行车运行过程,并能有效地拓展各种控制功能,不仅为开发智能化电镀专用行车提供研究平台,而且还可作为自动化专业的教学实验设备. Considering the drawbacks in the traditional control system of special traveling crane for electroplating,a new experimental system was designed by use of the programmable logic controller-Siemens S7-200 PLC,stepper motor with driver and touch screen technology,which has the characteristics of high automation degree,strong controllability and good Flexible. After Practice,the control process of Traveling Crane is dynamically displayed,and the various control functions also are effectively expand. The system can provide the research platform for the development of the intelligence of special traveling crane for electroplating and also can be used as a teaching experimental equipment of Automation Specialty.
