摘要
某型航空发动机主轴承在工作仅276min后,在内、外圈滚道和滚子表面出现异常划蹭磨损痕迹,用扫描电镜可以观察到明显的压坑。经过外观形貌观测、尺寸测量、金相分析、能谱分析等检测手段,确定产生异常磨损的原因是主轴承内进入了砂石颗粒,在工作中引起了主轴承的异常磨损。
After an aeroengine main bearing had worked for 276 minutes, abnormal wear marks appeared on the inner ring, outer ring raceway and roller surface,the obvious indentation could be observed by the scanning electron microscope.Through some checking and measurring ways such as the appearance observation, size measurement, metallurgical analysis, spectrum analysis, etc. It was determined that the cause of abnormal wear was the gravel particlesthe entering main bearings to cause abnormal wear of the main bearing during working.
