摘要
针对氨压缩机组开车过程中出现的超温、超压、超负荷、消耗大问题,结合长期运行实践进行分析,提出了优化开车运行措施。优化后氨压缩机组开车过程中未出现超温、超压、超负荷问题,开车时间明显缩短,氨、蒸汽消耗分别降低62%和45%左右,节能效果明显,对装置开车以及节能降耗有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
The optimized commissioning plan was presented considering the over-temperature, over- pressure, over-load and huge consumption occurred during commissioning of ammonia compressor skid, and considering long-term operation practice. After optimization, the start-up time was shortened evidently, the consumption of ammonia and steam reduced by 62% and 45% respectively, the energy saving effect was ap- parent, which would be a guideline and reference for plant commissioning and enterprise energy saving.
