摘要
根据甲醇装置合成气压缩机高压缸非驱动端干气密封一次排放压力和流量上升并波动现象,结合干气密封安装和运行的历史记录,分析高压缸非驱动端干气密封泄漏原因是一次密封供气压力不足,导致平衡腔室内没经过滤工艺气进入干气密封,造成一级密封动、静环磨损泄漏,并提出有效措施。
In syngas compressor of methanol plant, the primary discharge pressure and flow rate in gas seal at high pressure cylinder non-driven end happened to rise up and fluctuate. Studying the leakage and considering dry gas seal installation and operation historical records, we found the reason of leakage was the insufficient supply gas pressure to primary seal, causing the process gas in balance chamber going into dry gas seal without filtration, dynamic and static ring of primary seal being worn and leakage being happened. Measures were presented.
