摘要
以天津某热电厂410 t/h燃煤锅炉改燃气项目为例,分别阐述了新建燃气锅炉和燃煤锅炉燃气改造方案设计内容,并针对两个方案的费用估算进行互斥方案的经济性分析比较,进而选择最优方案。通过核算比较结果推出锅炉热效率是影响锅炉年费用成本和方案选择的关键因素。
Taking Tianjin power plant 410t/h coal burning boiler being transformed to gas fired boiler as an example, this article stated the scheme of building a new gas fired boiler and the one transformed from coal burning boiler;compared the cost estimate between two schemes, then chose the best one, and finally drew a conclusion that the boiler thermal efficiency was the key factor that affected the annual cost of gas fired boiler and scheme selection.
