摘要
开发了一种奥氏体不锈钢焊带材料CMn2Cr19Ni10Nb1N(SS20B)。研究了其成分组织控制和加工工艺,考察了冷轧变形量对合金力学性能的影响。实际使用表明,该材料是一种高品质的奥氏体不锈钢焊带材料。
The composition and processing of the CMn2Cr19Ni10Nb1N (grade SS20B) alloy, welding strip for use as surfacing filler, has been studied,the composition has been designed, the influence of cold roll deformation amount on the mechanical properties has been investigated. The practical application proved this alloy is a kind of high quality austenite stainless steel for surfacing.
