摘要
超细及纳米晶WC—Co硬质合金因具有高的硬度、耐磨性、断裂韧性和横向断裂强度等优良的综合力学性能,已成为现代硬质合金领域发展的热点方向。针对国内外传统粗晶以及超细及纳米晶硬质合金的研究历史和研究现状,对比分析了不同制备工艺的形成特点。根据我国硬质合金的研究现状,总结了国内硬质合金领域取得的进展,各项性能指标及综合性能的优化程度。同时指出了目前硬质合金研制和生产中存在的问题,为今后硬质合金发展提供依据。
Ultrafine and nanocrystalline WC-Co cermets have received increasing attentions because of the high hardness, wear resistance, fracture toughness and transverse rup- ture strength. According to the history and present research situation of hard alloy with dif- ferent grain size such as coarse, ultrafine and the nanocrystalline, some distinct characteristic in fabrication processes was compared. On the basis of the current study of cemented carbide, the development of WC-Co cemented carbide hard alloy in China has been discussed and summarized, the optimization degree in single mechanical property and the comprehensive properties has been elucidated. The existed problems in research and production of cemented carbide were pointed out, which can provide evidence for development of hard alloy.
