喉神经鞘瘤2例

Laryngeal neurilemmoma:Report of two cases and review of the literture

目的 讨论分析临床罕见的喉神经鞘瘤。方法 回顾性分析 2例喉神经鞘瘤的临床资料 ,2例中男女各 1例。分别发生于杓会厌襞和喉室 ,平均病程 4.5年。结果 2例患者全部行喉裂开术 ,术中见肿瘤有完整的包膜 ,摘除的肿瘤最大 3.5 cm× 3cm× 2 .8cm,最小的为 3cm× 3cm× 2 cm。随访 3～ 5年无复发。结论 喉神经鞘瘤罕见。可发于各年龄组 ,但成人发病率高 ,女性多于男性。大多认为来源于喉上神经内支或喉上神经支。确诊依据于病理。手术是唯一的治疗方法。而喉裂开术可清楚显示肿瘤 ,沿包膜分离 ,不易损伤神经。

Objective To study laryngeal neurilemmoma which are rarely seen clinically.Methods Two cases of laryngeal neurilemmoma(1 male,1 female)were reported.The tumors were found in the aryepiglottic fold and laryngeal ventricle respectively.The average course of the disease is 4.5 year.Results Laryngofissions were performed in two patients.The tumors had complete capsules.The largest tumor was 3.5 cm×3 cm×2.8 cm in size,the smallest tumor was 3 cm×3 cm×2 cm in size.No recurrence occured as followed-up from 3 to 5 years.Conclusion The laryngeal neurilemmoma was not common.It might occur in any age,especialy in adult,female was more common than male.It originated from the inner branch of superior laryngeal nerve or the branch of superior laryngeal nerve.The diagnosis is confirmed pathologically.It is only treated by surgery,which may show the capsule clearly and prevent the nerve from injury.
