P波最大时间P波离散度预测阿霉素引起房性心律失常的价值

摘要 目的 探讨 P波最大时间 P波离散度预测阿霉素引起房性心律失常的关系。方法 回顾分析了130例肿瘤患者使用阿霉素前 ,同步 12导联心电图的 P波最大时间 P波离散度。结果 观察组 70例 ,用药前 P波最大时间及离散度均明显大于对照组 6 0例 (P<0 .0 1)。以及两者相结合对使用阿霉素后发生房性心律失常的敏感性为 70 .0 %,特异性为 90 .0 %,准确性为 79.2 %。结论  P波最大时间≥ 110 ms,P波离散度≥ 40 ms,是预测使用阿霉素后发生房性心律失常的体表心电图指标。 Objective To investigate P-max time and P-wave dispersion for predicting the relationship between ADM and atrial arrhythmia.Methods P-max time and P-wave dispersion in 12 conduct concurrent electrocardiographic were measured in 130 patients with tumors before ADM was administrated.Results P-max time and P-wave dispersion were significantly longer in survey group(70 cases) before administration than those in control group(60 cases)(P<0.01).When P-max time and P-wave dispersion were combined,the sensitivity to predict atrial arrhythmia after administration ADM is 70.0% and specificity,90.0%,accuracy,79.2%.Conclusion The P-max time≥110 ms and P-wave dispersion≥40 ms can be used as electrocardiographic indicators to predict atrial ar-rhythmia after administration of ADM.
