高校青年教师发展力的提升途径与建议

The approaches and suggests on promoting teacher development of the young college faculties

近年来青年教师群体在高校教师中的比例日益增高,其发展力极大地影响到我国高等教育质量,青年教师在教学、科研水平等方面的现状不容乐观。探讨高校青年教师发展力提升面临的困境,并从加强新教师的职前培训、设立专门的教师发展中心、改善生活待遇等方面提出开发高校青年教师发展力的建议。

Young teachers present increasing trend in the university in recent years, their development greatly effects higher education in our country, however, the situations of teaching and scientific research level are not satisfying at present. This article discusses the difficulties in improving the development of young college faculties, and suggests some ways in how to promote teacher development, such as enhancing pre -job training, establishing special teacher developing center, and improving their material amenities.
