Evaluation and Analysis of Putian Logistics Company Management Information System

提高中小型物流公司竞争能力的关键在于建立一个可以实现其高效率、低成本运作的管理信息系统。针对莆田物流公司目前所使用的管理信息系统,从实际业务出发,分析了系统的主要功能模块和公司业务流程,并通过模糊综合评价法与层次分析法相结合对系统进行评价,最终根据评价结果指出该系统存在的问题后提出解决对策。

The key to improve the competitiveness of small and medium sized logistics company is to establish a management information system which can achieve high efficiency and low-cost operation. Therefore, this paper, based on the background of the management information system in Putian logistic company, analyzes the system＇s main function modules and the company＇s business processes from the point of their business, and evaluates the system by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP. Finally, the problems of the system are pointed out and countermeasures are proposed according to the evaluation results.
